TRX Suspention Training includes a mix of TRX , Kick Boxing , Kettle Bell, Balgarian Bag , Core Sliders, Bosu Ball and Olympic Style Moves.
TRX Suspension classes are small for the best quality training and run 30 minutes long. Classes run Monday thru Sunday by appointment only
