Reservation, Cancellation & Massage Policies
Massage services are available by appointment. All services must be guaranteed with a major credit card to reserve your appointment. We recommend booking massage reservations in advance and will do everything possible to honor your request and time. Appointments are booked based on availability. We recommend scheduling your appointment as two or three days in advance to ensure availability.
To reserve any massage services, we require a credit card to guarantee the appointment.
We have a 24-hour cancellation policy: We aim to provide our clients the highest quality service and we pride ourselves on our exceptional staff. If you cancel within less than 24 hours of your scheduled appointment, we not only loose your business, but also the potential business of other clients who could have taken your scheduled appointment time. For this reason we are still obligated to compensate our staff for their time as well as make up for our lost revenue.
When we reserve the therapist’s time especially for you, please give us at least 24 hours notice to avoid paying the full value of the service for any cancellations or re-scheduling to a later time or date. If you are moving your appointment earlier and we can accommodate your request there will be no charge. Because we may turn people away for the time we hold for you, the cancellation policy still applies even if you are making the appointment for the same day.
Because massage treatments are reserved for you, you must notify us at least 24 hours in advance if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment.
No-shows and same-day appointment cancellations less than 24 hours will be charged the full value of the treatment reserved, and/or any gift card or certificate associated with that appointment will count as services rendered and forfeited. If you are canceling an appointment that you've also previously rescheduled with less than 24 hours notice - you will be charged full price.
But, we're reasonable. We understand that emergencies "come up." Therefore, we only charge 50% of the services that would have been rendered and only if we cannot find another client to fill your slot. However, if you fail to appear for your appointment without attempting to cancel your appointment beforehand, a full fee is charged to your credit card for missed appointments that are reschedule or canceled less than 24 hours or 48 hours on massage packages. This is why we require a credit card from you to guarantee your reservation.
Arrival Prior To Treatment
We suggest that you plan your travel time to allow for a timely arrival for your treatments, to enjoy our facility and to ensure that you receive a full service. All services will finish on time to allow our guests their full treatment. If you are late, we will gladly accommodate you with an abbreviated service.
First Time Guest
We suggest that you arrive 15 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment to allow ample time for orientation, consultation and to supply basic information about medical history, allergies and contact information. If this is your first massage experience, our friendly staff will gladly escort you throughout the massage and answer any questions you may have.
Cancellation Policy
We require a 24 hour notice for any changes to appointments, 48 hour notice for changes or cancellations of multiple appointments, and 72 hour notice for packages. Private parties and wedding events require two full weeks notice for any changes. A cancellation or a no show fee is charged if you are within either of these time periods when canceling an appointment or packages, No-shows are charged 100% for all scheduled services and or packages. (Please plan accordingly for bad weather, traffic and road conditions, or daylight savings time, as to not inconvenience yourself or have an abbreviated session). Any Gift Card, massage Certificate or Gift Certificate or promotional gift certificate, prepaid massage series, or facial series associated with any appointment that does not adhere to the cancellation policy will be considered redeemed in the amount of the service that was reserved.
Late Arrivals
We regret that late arrivals will not receive an extension of scheduled service times and you will be responsible for full service fees. If you are a late arrival and also request an additional service, you will still be responsible for the full service fee of your original request plus the full service fee for your additional service in the remaining time allotted.

If you are receiving any of our services for the first time, please arrive fifteen minutes before your scheduled appointment to fill out the intake form and to also decompress a bit from the stress of the day.
Jewelry
We suggest you arrange for your valuables prior to your visit with us. Do not put your jewelry into tissues or on the table.
What To Wear
Please dress comfortably. If you are planning to have a massage treatment, there is a designated massagece in each room for your belongings. Disposable undergarments are available upon request.
Treatment Apparel
We want you to feel relaxed and at ease, therefore please ask your practitioner which body treatments will require nudity. Our staff is professionally trained to properly drape you throughout the service. Undergarments may be worn during certain treatments.
Reservations
We suggest you schedule the appointment time most convenient for you well in advance. Larger groups or wedding parties will require additional advance notice. We suggest that you schedule future appointment before you leave to secure the most convenient appointment time for you.
Appointment Policy
Clients should be prepared to provide credit card details to secure appointments or a deposit for large parties. For appointments your card will not be charged unless there is failure of adhering to the cancellation policy. See Cancellation Policy

Payment Types
We accept BluCoral Massage Gift Cards, Cash, Debit cards, MasterCard, Visa, American Express and Discover credit cards, with a valid picture I.D. and Credit Card present. Sorry, no checks accepted. Please bring cash for payment of gratuities.
Prices
Your copy of our published prices may not be our most current pricing. We reserve the right to change our prices at any time and without prior notice.
Purchasing Policy
Product purchases will be refunded in full with receipt within 7 days of purchase, provided they are unopened and in the original packaging. Items purchased maybe returned within 30 days for a credit on products.
Gratuities
Gratuities are not included in services unless otherwise noted. The customary gratuity is 18-25%. Feel free to ask our staff at check out for assistance in this matter.People wonder about tipping. Our therapists, of course appreciate your acknowledgement if they have done an exceptional job, however, if the added expense of the tip makes it a financial challenge, we would rather see you a second time rather than having you worry about a tip. Gratuities are not included in gift cards unless otherwise noted. Tips are appropriate for all massage Services, but not for Consultations or Programs. Gratuity is not included in any of our services. Gift cards do not include gratuity unless specified. If you would like to show your appreciation, you may do so at the end of your visit. Just ask for a gratuity envelope. Cash gratuities are always appreciated.
Quiet Environment
As a courtesy to other guests, please maintain a quiet level of conversation. Cell phones, pagers, infants and children under the age of 16 are not permitted unless they are having a service at the massage and only if they are of a mature disposition. Children/Infants: In order to maximize your massage experience and that of our other guests, we strongly ask that children under 17 (especially toddlers and infants) are not allowed in the massage unless they are receiving a service. Even if you have someone else watching them for you in the lobby- the sound of an infant or toddler's cries can carry and is disruptive to the peace and tranquility of everyone's experience- yours, your therapists and other guests. Please do not put us in the position to ask you to reschedule if you arrive with a child. A fee for the lost appointment may also be levied.
Children and Friends or Family
Insurance regulations require those who are not receiving services cannot remain in a treatment area.
We will gladly service children 6 years and up including teens (13 & up), in our massage area provided that they are of the maturity level to enjoy the services without disturbing other patrons and are receiving a service. Parents must accompany them. Parental consent is required for anyone under the age of 18 receiving massage and airbrush tanning services.
Cell phones/Pagers
To ensure a peaceful and relaxing atmosphere for all of our guests, we ask that cell phones and pagers not be used in the massage.
Special Considerations
If you are pregnant, have a heart condition, or have high blood pressure, services that include application of heat are not recommended. Please consult your physician first. Please inform us upon booking if you have any special needs. Massage during the first trimester of pregnancy requires a physician’s written approval.
Staff Selection
We book by availability and not by service provider’s gender. We make every effort to honor requests for a specific staff member however we cannot guarantee your selection in every case.
